Returns on items must be obtained 24 hours after delivery/collection.
Returning items need to be in their original packaging along with any relevant documents.
Returning items must be returned by the customer, in most cases we will arrange collection, courier fees may apply, thereafter you will be refunded or credited.
We will request that you send us your banking details, any information you give us will be strictly confidential.
Please allow 1 week to 30 days for refunds to be processed.
Branded items cannot be returned. It is the client’s responsibility to order a branded sample first.
If for any reason you feel that your order does not meet your desired expectation, please feel free to contact us immediately.
