How do I place an order?
Select the item of your choice, add it to your cart and follow the payment gateway. Remember to include your correct address & contact details! If you are having any trouble with our website, please contact our sales team to assist.
I’ve placed my order; now how do I pay for the order?
We have various safe and secure payment methods such as Payfast & Ozow. You may also perform an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), our banking details are provided at the checkout page, remember to use your order number as your reference to ensure easy and effective payment.
Can I cancel my order?
We will be very sad to see you go but yes of course! In this case, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org
I can't find what I’m looking for, do you have other products that aren’t listed on the website?
Yes of course! We work with many different suppliers that have endless sporting products available, contact us and one of our helpful sales managers will be in touch.
Where are you based?
We are a fully online South African store that makes use of multiple suppliers in and throughout South Africa.
Do you have a shop where I can go and view the products?
As we are a fully online store, we do not have every product under one roof, however, you may visit our various showrooms on selected items.
How long does delivery take?
Deliveries can take up to 3-4 working days after date of purchase, this excludes manufactured orders – which can take up to 6 weeks.
When do I qualify for free delivery?
We offer free delivery on orders over R750.00 excluding VAT, manufactured orders do not include free delivery.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, you will need to contact us and request a quote.
