All damaged items must be logged within 24 hours of receipt of said goods.
We offer a 30-day return window for new products.
We offer one free exchange per order, thereafter, courier fees apply.
Returned items must be received by PromoSport within 7 working days.
Delivery costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items must be returned by the customer, collection can be arranged, courier fees may apply. After the item(s) have been processed and meet the return requirements, you will be refunded or credited accordingly.
Items are eligible for returns, provided:
- it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.
- it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
- it is not missing any accessories or parts.
We will request that you send us your banking details, any information you give us will be strictly confidential.
Refunds can only be paid into the same account name and account holder; it was remitted from.
Please allow 7 business days to process refunds.
Branded items cannot be returned. It is the client’s responsibility to order a branded sample first.
