We have what’s called a 'Customer Satisfaction Guarantee', So, if we make a mistake, such as sending you the wrong size, color, or a defective item, we take full responsibility. We will gladly issue a full refund and cover all shipping return costs.
In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), all products must be of good quality, fit for their intended purpose, in good working order, and free from defects. If a product is found to be defective or fails to meet these standards within six months of delivery, the customer is entitled to return it, at no cost to themselves, and choose between a repair, replacement, or full refund, subject to the provisions of the CPA.
The six-month period begins on delivery, not the purchase date and customer has the right to choose the remedy. Not all product damage qualifies as a defect. Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear does not automatically qualify for a refund under the CPA. However, premature deterioration during normal intended use may constitute a defect.
Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, incorrect use, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair under our returns policy, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
This exclusion does not apply to manufacturing defects, premature product failure under normal intended use, or any other circumstances where the customer is entitled to a remedy under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
All damaged items should be logged within 24 hours of receipt of said goods.
We offer a 30-day return window for new products; this applies to voluntary returns and does not limit statutory rights.
We offer one free exchange per order, and thereafter, courier fees apply.
Returned items must be received by PromoSport within 7 working days, this applies to voluntary returns, with reasonable flexibility.
Delivery costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items must be returned by the customer, collection can be arranged, courier fees may apply. After the item(s) have been processed and meet the return requirements, you will be refunded or credited accordingly.
Items are eligible for returns, provided:
- It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.
- It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
- It is not missing any accessories or parts.
We will request that you send us your banking details, any information you give us will be strictly confidential.
Refunds can only be paid into the same account name and account holder; it was remitted from.
